Crispy Onion Chicken

There's a new favorite easy chicken recipe at our house!  I found this one in Taste of Home magazine (my favorite!).

Super easy and Carson ate it!  At first we had to take off the "crunchies" but eventually he tried one and loved it.    No surprise there - who doesn't love french fried onions?

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bag (6 oz) french fried onions, crushed
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

In a shallow bowl: combine butter, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic, and pepper.  In a 2nd shallow bowl:  add 1/2 of the french fried onions.  Dip chicken in the butter mixture then coat with onions.

Place chicken in greased baking pan.  Top with remaining onions, drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
